Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days once payment authorization and verification are complete. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods such as restocks, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders ship via USPS or UPS; the carrier may vary by destination.

• Standard — $5.99 · arrives in 4 to 7 business days after shipping. Free on orders of $100 or more.
• Expedited — $15 · arrives in 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier and don’t include processing time.

International

We don’t ship outside the US yet, but it’s on our roadmap. Read more and add your country to the waitlist.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn’t updated in several days, email hello@biswell-beauty.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
